About Landmarks Building
Landmarks Building is the natural construction company. Located in Ithaca NY, we offer general contracting services including natural construction, home renovation, historical restoration, and landscaping. Natural building is the foundation for our work, and we are always excited to use non-toxic materials and healthy building practices to bring a project together. All of our projects have a strong emphasis on natural materials in order to limit environmental impact and prioritize the health of people in our buildings. We take on projects of large and small scale, from new construction to home repair and renovation.
Materials that appear in our projects include plant-based insulation, linseed oil finishes, mineral paints and plaster, stone and ceramics, and local lumber. We work with a community of local contractors, lumber mills, and material suppliers who help us with our vision.
